WHO WE ARE
Outside Surprise, LLC specializes in making custom yard signs, designed and produced right here in central Florida. The colorful storks and signs are original creations that you won’t find anywhere else in the country. After receiving inspiration from her family, Tricia Harrell started this company because she wanted to sprinkle joy into a world often clouded by sadness. She believes it's important to appreciate special moments in life. Whether celebrating the arrival of a newborn, a milestone birthday, the union of newlyweds, or cheering on a graduate, Outside Surprise’s vibrant signs add a splash of sunshine to every occasion.
A portion of the proceeds will be directed to two meaningful causes. In honor of Tricia's late father, contributions will support the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Additionally, donations will be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in loving memory of Tricia’s and her husband’s cherished nephew and other dear friends. Outside Surprise is more than just a business, It's a reminder to celebrate life.

Outside Surprise, LLC specializes in delivering and arranging adorable storks standing tall at over 6 feet, or eye-catching yard signs nearly 4 feet tall, to your designated yard. Whether you need them for just four hours, perfect for gender reveals and baby showers, or up to four days, we've got you covered. Both stork and heart sign rentals come with a special personalized keepsake. Ask about our big brother, big sister or pet signs! We also create custom signs featuring favorite quotes and designs for sports enthusiats.

While the sign is visiting your yard, please do not move it or attach anything to it, including balloons, as this could cause damage to the materials. Please avoid mowing or weed trimming near the stork. If you notice any damage to the sign, please notify Outside Surprise LLC at 407-488-2104. It is designed to be weather resistant but not climbing resistant. Outside Surprise is not liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while on the renter’s property. If you order a stork or sign for someone else, please notify them of the pending arrival so they aren't startled by a stranger in their yard. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your delivery at least 72 hours before it’s due, you will receive a complete refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund. If MotherNature decides to throw a tantrum and mess up our sign setup with heavy winds or rain, or if there’s a serious weather warning, don’t worry, - you’ll either get a full refund or a credit to use at another time.
